The location is perfect. That’s a given. This is the only place my husband and I stay when we go to Pismo Beach. The office staff and the ladies that clean the rooms are awesome. They are kind and professional and we’ve never had an issue with anyone. One of the ladies that cleans the rooms goes above and beyond what anyone has ever done for us. If we need something extra, she’s on top of it within minutes. She is very hard-working, sweet lady.

I ordered two rooms just the day before asking for 2 rooms, 2 beds each room, downstairs and close together. They said they did not have that information from who I booked the rooms with but he did his best and they met all of our requests! This was very much appreciated. Gave 1 point off because I needed the air conditioner and couldn't find one and windows were bolted closed. Might benefit from new windows. It is not unheard of for not everyone having AC conditioners in this area. Opening the windows would have been good enough. Just opened the door but had a 2 yrs old and my dog who had to keep close eye on so they wouldn't take off. Thank you

This room, #101, was generally better than most Motel-6 rooms. It was a corner room with a large extra window and plenty of sunshine. It has a hot-tub! The king bed is very comfortable. It has a microwave and refrigerator! It is right on the street, about a block from the pier, so you can watch beach lovers walking. The peer, my favorite deli and other eating places are within a short walk.

Location location location. Steps away from the beach. Allows dogs! Included parking. Fantastic staff: Sam, Stephanie and Caleb all get shout outs for excellent customer service that was fast and friendly.

I was all of 100m from the beach, and there was plenty to do within a short walk of my room. The site itself was clean, and the staff were helpful.

Location was great, very near the beach! Lovely outdoor porch where we could eat breakfast and watch the water from there.

The blonde lady that checked me in at 4pm was so sweet and friendly! I wish I had her the 2 days I was there! Good job and thank u for being amazing

The rooms were very spacious, accommodated my family very well. In the center of the town close to everything Plus it's literally a 2 min walk down to the beach and that was awesome. Will definitely be returning and booking with you guys

Very good motel, pet friendly! I very like it ! I like travel with my furry friend! And they are very welcome here without pet fee ! Perfect location close to the beach and broad walk, a lot of restaurants! Very affordable and best stay and safe place ! Thank you team!

The room was abeautiful room and location was perfect right next to everything so we didn’t need to drive we were in walking distance of the beach and stores and restaurants
